Ingredients:

Lachaydaar Pyaz Pakora:

  • Pyaz (Onion) peeled 5-6 medium
  • Mehran Pakora Mix 1 pack (150g)
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
  • Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 2 tbs
  • Zarda ka color (Orange food color) 1 pinch
  • Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
  • Water 3-4 tbs
  • Cooking oil 1 tbs
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Chaat masala
  • Tomato ketchup

Lachaydaar Aalo Pakora:

  • Aalo (Potatoes) peeled 4 large
  • Mehran Pakora Mix 1 pack (150g)
  • Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 2 tbs
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
  • Zarda ka color (Orange food color) 1 pinch
  • Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
  • Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
  • Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil 1 tbs
  • Water 3 tbs
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Chaat masala
  • Tomato ketchup

Directions:

Lachaydaar Pyaz Pakora:

Thinly slice onion with the help of slices & place in a bowl.

Add Mehran pakora mix,garlic,green chilli,rice flour,orange food color,garam masala powder,fresh coriander & mix well for a minute with the help of hand.

Add water,cooking oil & mix well,cover & let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry pakoras on medium flame until golden & crispy.

Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with tomato ketchup.

Lachaydaar Aalo Pakora:

Thinly slice potatoes with the help of slicer & cut into thin julienne shape.

Place in a bowl,add Mehran pakora mix,rice flour,red chilli crushed,orange food color,coriander seeds, garam masala powder,fresh coriander,garlic & mix well for a minute.

Add cooking oil,water & mix well,cover & let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry pakoras on medium flame until golden & crispy.

Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with tomato ketchup.
