Ingredients:
- Palak (Spinach) Blanched,chopped & strained 1 Cup
- Hara dhania (Green coriander) 2-3 tbs
- Podina (Mint leaves) 2-3 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) 3-4
- Dahi (Yogurt) Strained ½ Cup
- Cream cheese 2 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Chicken (Cubes) 500 gms
- Color bell pepper Cubes
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) Cubes
- Pyaz (Onion) Cubes
- Lemon slices
- Oil for frying
Directions:
In grinder,add spinach,green coriander,mint leaves,green chilies and grind to make a paste.
In bowl,add green paste,yogurt,cream cheese,ginger garlic paste,whole spice powder,salt and mix well.
Add chicken cubes and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Now assemble marinated chicken,color bell pepper,tomatoes,onion and lemon slices onto the skewers.
In frying pan,heat oil and shallow fry skewers on medium low flame until done.
Chicken palak boti is ready to serve.

Bowl mein green paste,dahi,cream cheese,adrak lehsan paste,garam masala powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken cubes dal ker 20-30 minute kliya marinate ker lein.
Ab marinated chicken,color bell pepper,tamatar,pyaz aur lemon slices ko skewers per assemble ker lein.
Frying pan mein oil garam ker ka skewers ko halki ancch per pak janay tak shallow fry ker lein.
Chicken palak boti tayyar hai.
