Ingredients:
Caramelized onion:
- Oil 1 tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) rings 1 medium
- Brown sugar powdered 1 tsp
- Chicken qeema (Chicken mince) 250 gms
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped ¼ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Oil 2 tsp
- Cheese slices
- Oil 2 tsp
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
Assembling:
- Burger buns
- Mayonnaise
- Tamatar (Tomato) sliced
- Salad patta (Lettuce leaf)
- Burger patty
- Caramelized onion
- Fried egg
Directions:
Caramelized onion:
In frying pan,add oil and onion rings,mix well.
Add brown sugar powder,mix well and fry on low flame until soft and translucent & set aside.
In chicken mince,add onion,fresh coriander,garlic,salt,black pepper powder,red chili powder,mix well and set aside.
In frying pan,place round mould and add oil.
Grease your hands with oil,take a mixture and make a patty in a mould & press it gently.
Cook on medium low flame for 2-3 minutes each side.
Cover and let it cook until done.
Place cheese slice on patty,cover and cook until cheese melts.
In small frying pan,add oil and egg,sprinkle salt,cover and fry until done & set aside.
Assembling:
On burger bun,spread mayonnaise,add tomato,lettuce leaf,burger patty,caramelized onion,fried egg and cover with the top bun.

Frying pan mein oil aur pyaz ka rings dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Brown sugar powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz naram aur translucent hunay tak halki ancch per fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Chicken qeema mein pyaz,hara dhania,lehsan,namak,kali mirch powder aur lal mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein mould rakh dein aur oil dal dein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur mould ka ander mixture dal dein aur gently press ker lein.
Halki darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein (each side).
Dhak ker pak janay tak paka lein.
Patty per cheese slice rakh dein aur dhak ker cheese melt hunay tak paka lein.
Chotay frying pan mein oil aur anda dal dein,namak chirak dein aur dhak ker fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Burger bun mein mayonnaise laga lein,tamatar,salad patta,burger patty,caramelized onion aur fried anda dal dein aur top bun rakh dein.
