Ingredients:
- Aalo (Potatoes) boiled 2 large
- Chicken boiled & shredded 1 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1 medium
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
- Anda (Egg) 1 whisked
- Bread slices 8
- Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
Directions:
In a bowl,add potatoes and mash well.
Add chicken,capsicum,dried oregano,red chilli crushed,salt,garlic powder,black pepper powder,soy sauce,fresh coriander,egg and mix until well combined & set aside.
Cut the sides of bread slices with knife.
Add & spread evenly potato mixture on bread slice.
Cut into four pieces and coat potato side of bread slice with breadcrumbs (makes 8 bread slices).
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry on medium flame from both sides until golden brown (2-3 minutes).

Bowl mein aalo dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
Chicken,shimla mirch,dried oregano,lal mirch crushed,namak,lehsan powder,kali mirch powder,soy sauce,hara dhania aur anda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bread slices ki sides ko knife ki madad sa cut ker lein.
Aalo mixtute ko bread slice per dal ker evenly pheela lein.
Four piece mein cut ker lein aur bread slice ki potato side ko breadcrumbs sa coat ker lein (makes 8 bread slices).
