Ingredients:
-Amrood (Guava) 3-4
-Lemon Juice 1 & ½ tsp
-Imli (Tamarind) Pulp 1-2 tbs (optional)
-Lal Mirch (Red Chilli) Powder ½ tsp or to taste
-Kala Namak (Black Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chaat Masala ½ tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) Roasted & Crushed 1 tsp
-Amchor powder (mango powder) 1& ½ tsp
-Himalayan Pink Salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Stevia 1 sachet
Direction:
-Cut guava into cubes (bite-sized pieces).
-In a bowl, add guava pieces, lemon juice, imli pulp, red chilli powder, black salt, Chaat Masala, roasted and crushed zeera, pink salt or stevia.
-Mix well & serve!
Ajza:
-Kachay Amrood (Raw Guava) 3-4
-Lemon Juice 1 & ½ tsp
-Imli (Tamarind) Pulp 1-2 tbs (optional)
-Lal Mirch (Red Chilli) Powder ½ tsp or to taste
-Kala Namak (Black Salt) 1 tsp
-Chaat Masala 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) Roasted & Crushed 1 tsp
-Amchor powder (mango powder) 1& ½ tsp
-Himalayan Pink Salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Cheeni (Sugar) Powdered ½ tbs, substitute Stevia 1 sachet.
Directions:
-Amrood ko bite-sized cubes mein kaat len.
-Ek bowl mein amrood ke pieces, lemon juice, imli pulp, pisi lal mirch, kala namak, Chaat Masala, bhuna or crushed zeera, pink salt,stevia daal len.
-Achay se mix karlen aur serve karen.
