Ingredients:
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Beef qeema (mince) 750g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) Halved 4-5 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) slitted 5-6
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ⅓ Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Kasuri methi (Dried Fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Direction:
-In a wok, add cooking oil, heat it, add beef mince, mix well.
-Cook on medium flame until it changes color.
-Add ginger garlic paste, pink salt, mix well, cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add tomatoes, cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Open the lid, remove the skin of tomatoes, mix & mash awell.
-Add green chillies, mix well, cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add yogurt, mix well, cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes or until oil separates.
-Add black pepper crushed, dried fenugreek leaves, mix well, cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes,
-Add ginger, fresh coriander, mix well.
-Serve with naan!

-Medium flame par pakayen jab tak rang change ho jaye.
-Adrak lehsan paste aur pink salt dalein, mix karlen, medium flame par 2-3 minutes pakayen.
-Tamatar dalein, cover karlen aur low flame par 8-10 minutes pakayen.
-Lid kholen, tamatar ki skin nikaal den, mix karen aur achi tarah mash karlen.
-Hari mirch dalein, mix karlen, medium flame par 4-5 minutes pakayen.
-Dahi dalein, mix karlen, medium flame par 4-5 minutes pakayen ya jab tak oil separate ho jaye.
-Kali mirch crushed aur kasuri methi dalein, mix karlen, high flame par 2-3 minutes pakayen.
-Adrak aur hara dhania dalein, mix karlen.
-Naan ke sath serve karen!
