Ingredients:
-Water ½ Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Khopara (Desiccated coconut) 1 Cup or as required
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add water,sugar & turn on the flame,mix well & cook until sugar is dissolved.Sugar syrup is ready!
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar & beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
-Add cooking oil,vanilla essence & beat for a minute.
-Add milk & beat well.
-Place sifter over a bowl,add all-purpose flour,baking soda,baking powder,pink salt,sift together & whisk until well combined.
-Pour batter in 7x7 inches baking pan (greased & lined with baking paper) & tap few times.
-Bake in preheated pot on low flame for 30 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-Cut into slices then dip into sugar syrup & coat with desiccated coconut (makes 20 slices) & serve!

-Saucepan mein pani aur cheeni daalein aur flame on kar ke mix karein, jab tak sugar dissolve ho jaye. Sugar syrup tayar hai!
-Thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.
-Ek bowl mein anday, caster sugar daalein aur medium speed per 2-3 minutes beat karein.
-Cooking oil aur vanilla essence daal kar 1 minute aur beat karein.
-Milk daal kar achi tarah beat karein.
-Sifter bowl ke upar rakhein, isme all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder aur pink salt daal kar sift karein, phir whisk kar ke mix karein.
-Batter ko 7x7 inches baking pan (greased aur baking paper lined) mein daal kar tap karein.
-Preheated pot mein low flame par 30 minutes bake karein.
-Thanda hone dein.
-Slices mein cut karein,sugar syrup mein dip karein aur khopra se coat karein (makes 20 slices) & serve!
