Ghee Cake

Ingredients:

-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee ½ Cup

-Sugar powdered 1 Cup

-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)

-Olper’s Milk ½ Cup

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup

-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp

-Baking powder ½ tsp

-Baking soda ¼ tsp

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add ghee & beat well until color changes.

-Add sugar & beat well until creamy.

-Gradually add eggs & beat well.

-Add milk,vanilla essence & beat well.

-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking powder,baking soda & sift together then mix until well combined.

-On 7x3” greased baking pan lined with butter paper,add prepared batter & tap few times.

-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes (on low grill) & 15-20 minutes (on both grills).

-Let it cool at room temperature.

-Cut into slices & serve with tea!
