Recipe In English:

Ingredients:

-Soya (Dill) handful

-Adrak (Ginger) 1 Inch

-Hari Mirch (Green Chillies) 4-5 or as required

-Lehsan (Garlic) Cloves 5-6

-Cooking Oil ¼ Cup

-Darchini (Cinnamon Sticks) 2

-Hari Elaichi (Green Cardamom) 2-3

-Zeera (Cumin) 1 tsp

-Laung (Cloves) 2

-Pyaz (Onion) Fine chopped 3 medium

-Tomato (Pureed) 4 medium

-Kashmiri Red Chilli (Kashmiri Lal Mirch) Powder 1 tsp

-Dhania (Coriander) Powder 1 tbs

-Haldi (Turmeric) powder ½ tsp

-Himalayan Pink Salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Zeera (Cumin) powder 1 tsp

-Garam Masala powder ½ tsp

-Beef Qeema 500g

-Matar (Peas) 1 Cup

-Water 1 Cup or as required

-Lemon Juice 1 Tsp

-Soya (Dill)

-Hari Mirch (Green Chillies)

 

Direction:

-In mortar and pestle, add dill, ginger, green chillies and garlic. Coarsely crush all ingredients & set aside.

-In a wok add cooking oil and heat it. Now add cinnamon, green cardamom, cumin, cloves, and onion.

-Fry on medium flame until pink-golden.

-Now add tomato puree, crushed dill mixture, Kashmiri red chilli, coriander powder, turmeric, pink salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and garam masala. Now mix it well, and cook on medium flame until oil separates.

-Now add beef mince. Mix it and cook for 4-5 mins on medium flame.

-Add peeled peas, and mix them.

-Add water and mix it well. Now cover & cook on low flame for 15-20 mins.

-Now remove the cover, and mix again. Add lemon juice, dill and green chillies.

-Cover & simmer for 1-2 mins.

-In a serving dish add soya qeema matar, garnish with dill. Serve with chapati, yogurt, & salad.
