Ingredients:
-Boiling water as required
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Aloo (Potatoes) 3-4 medium
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 3 tbs
-Cornflour 3-4 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) chopped 2
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) 3 tbs
-Cornflour 3 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In boiling water,add pink salt,potatoes & mix well,cover & boil on medium flame until potatoes are tender then strain.
-In a bowl,add boiled potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add rice flour,cornflour,black pepper powder,garlic powder,chicken powder,red chillies,onion powder, pink salt,fresh parsley & mix well while the potatoes are still hot.
-Grease hand with oil,take a mixture (100g) & make a ball.
-Place potato ball on a flat surface lined with cling film & spread the mixture.
-Add mozzarella cheese & wrap the cling film to make a thick pancake shape.
-Remove cling film & set properly.
-In a dish,add rice flour,cornflour & mix well.
-Coat prepared pancakes with rice flour mixture.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry on low flame from both sides until golden.
-Serve with tomato ketchup (makes 6-7).

-Boiling water mein pink salt aura loo dal ker mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per aloo gul janay tak paka lein phir strain ker lein.
-Bowl mein boiled aloo dal dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Chawal ka atta,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,chicken powder,lal mirch,onion powder,pink salt aur fresh parsley dal dein aur jab aloo garam ho tou ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Haath ko oil sa grease karein aur mixture (100g) la ker ball bana lein.
-Potato ball ko flat surface (lined with cling film) per rakh ker mixture ko pheela lein.
-Mozzarella cheese dal dein aur cling film ko warp ker ka thick pancake ki shape bana lein.
-Cling film ko remover ker ka properly set ker lein.
-Dish mein chawal ka atta aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tayyar pancakes ko rice flour mixture mein ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil dal dein aur halki ancch per dono sides sa golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein (makes 6-7).
