Ingredients:
Prepare Chocolate Brownie:
-Dark chocolate chopped 150g
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 60g
-Anday (Eggs) 2 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tbs
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
Prepare Chocolate Sauce:
-Water ½ Cup
-Instant coffee 1 tsp
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Bareek Cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Olper’s Cream 3 tbs
-Omore vanilla & hazelnut
-Dark chocolate chopped 80g
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 20g
Assembling:
-Omore vanilla & hazelnut
-Moongphali (Peanuts) roasted
-White chocolate chips
Directions:
Prepare Chocolate Brownie:
-In a bowl,add dark chocolate,butter & microwave for 30 seconds then mix well until smooth & set aside.
-In another bowl,add eggs,caster sugar,vanilla essence,pink salt & beat for 4-5 minutes.
-Now add melted mixture & beat until just combined.
-Place sifter on the bowl,add all-purpose flour,sift & mix gently.
-Pour prepared batter in a 7”x7” baking dish (greased lined with baking paper) & tap few times.
-Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 20-25 minutes (on lower grill).
-Let it cool for few minutes then cut into 4 pieces.
Prepare Chocolate Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add water,instant coffee,vanilla essence,caster sugar,pink salt,cream,whisk well & turn on the flame.
-Add vanilla & hazelnut,Let it melts down mix well & take out stick.
-Add dark chocolate & butter,whisk well until chocolate melts down.Chocolate sauce is ready!
Assembling:
-In a hot sizzling pan,add chocolate brownie,pour chocolate sauce,add vanilla & hazelnut,drizzle chocolate sauce,sprinkle peanuts,white chocolate chips & serve!

-Bowl mein dark chocolate aur butter daal kar microwave mein 30 seconds ke liye garam karen, achi tarah mix karen jab tak smooth na ho jaye, phir set aside karen.
-Ek aur bowl mein, anday, caster sugar, vanilla essence aur pink salt daal kar 4-5 minutes ke liye beat karen.
-Ab is mein melted mixture daal kar sirf combine hone tak beat karen.
-Sifter ko bowl par rakh kar maida daalein,sift karen aur gently mix karen.
-Prepared batter ko 7”x7” baking dish (greased aur baking paper lined) mein daal kar thora tap karen.
-Preheated oven (175°C) mein 20-25 minutes ke liye bake karen (lower grill par).
-Thodi der thanda hone dein phir 4 pieces mein cut kar lein.
Prepare Chocolate Sauce:
-Saucepan mein water, instant coffee, vanilla essence, bareek cheeni, pink salt aur cream daal kar flame on karein aur achi tarah whisk karein.
-Chulha on karein, vanilla & hazelnut stick daal kar melt hone dein, phir achi tarah mix karein aur stick nikaal lein.
-Dark chocolate aur makhan daal kar whisk karein jab tak chocolate melt na ho jaye. Chocolate sauce tayyar hai!
Assembling:
-Hot sizzling pan mein chocolate brownie rakhen, upar se chocolate sauce daalein.
-Vanilla hazelnut add karen,chocolate sauce drizzle karen,peanuts aur white chocolate chips sprinkle karen aur serve karein.
