Ingredients:
- Olper’s cream 350ml (room temperature)
- Olper’s Milk powder ¾ Cup
- Rose water 1-2 tsp
- Sugar powdered 2 tbs or to taste (optional)
- Khajoor (Dates) Mabroum/Majdool as required
- Pista (Pistachios) chopped
- Badam (Almonds) chopped
- Akhrot (Walnuts) chopped
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) chopped
Directions:
In a frying pan,add cream,milk powder,rose water,mix continuously & cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
Add sugar,mix continuously & cook on low flame until thick & creamy (6-8 minutes).
Let it cool completely & transfer to a piping bag.
Cut dates in half,deseed them & stuff both parts with prepared creamy stuffing.
Coat stuffed dates with pistachios,almonds,walnuts & cashew nuts.
Garnish with dry nuts,rose petals & serve!

Cheeni dal dein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye halki ancch per thick & creamy ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
Thanda ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
Khajoor ko bech mein sa cut ker ka seed nikal lein aur dono parts ko tayyar cream stuffing sa bhar dein.
Stuffed khajoor ko pista,badam,akhrot aur kaju sa coat ker lein.
Dry nuts aur rose petals sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
