Ingredients:
- Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 medium
- Hari mirch (Green chili) 1
- Anday (Eggs) 4
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Aloo (Potatoes) 3 medium
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Cheddar cheese slices
- Paprika powder 1/4 tsp
- Chaat masala ½ tsp
- Anda (Egg) boiled 1 slices
- Cherry tomato
Directions:
Chop,onion,tomatoes,green chili and take out in a bowl.
Add eggs,salt,red chili powder,black pepper powder,mix well & set aside.
In bowl,grate potatoes with the help of the grater,add salt,black pepper powder,all-purpose flour and mix well & set aside.
In frying pan,add cooking oil and grated potato mixture & spread evenly.
Cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes then flip,add cheddar cheese slices,paprika powder,chaat masala, omelet mixture,boiled egg slices and cherry tomato.
Cover and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes & serve!

Pyaz,tamatar aur hari mirch ko chop ker lein aur bowl mein dal dein.
Anday,namak,lal mirch powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein aloo ko grater ki madad sa grate ker lein,namak,kali mirch powder aur maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil aur grated aloo ka mixture dal ker evenly pheel lein.
Halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein phir flip ker lein,cheddar cheese slices,paprika powder,chaat masala,omelet mixture,boiled anday ka slices aur cherry tomato dal dein.
Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir flip karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & serve karein!
