  • Anday (Eggs) 3
  • Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2-3 tbs
  • Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 2 tbs
  • Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 tbs
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
  • Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Cooking oil 1-2 tsp
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped


In jug,add eggs,onion,tomato,green chili,fresh coriander,red chili crushed,salt,cumin seeds and coriander seeds,whisk well & set aside.

Take a dough,sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.

Add cooking oil and spread evenly.

Sprinkle flour and spread it.

Make a hole in the center of the dough and fold carefully,cut the dough from the side and roll it like swiss roll.

Sprinkle flour and spread the dough with the help of the hand.

Apply cooking oil,sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.

Heat griddle,place rolled dough and fry from both sides with cooking oil & set aside.

On griddle,add cooking oil and pour egg mixture and cook for few seconds then place cooked paratha over it,press gently and cook from both sides until done.

Cut into desired shape,sprinkle fresh coriander & serve!
