Ingredients:
- Mon salwa Chicken nuggets 8-10
- Cooking oil for frying
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Bund gobhi (Cabbage) 1 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 medium
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
- Cream 100ml
- Cheddar cheese grated 50g
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
- Mon salwa plain paratha
Directions:
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry nuggets on medium low flame until golden brown (approx. 3-4 minutes).
In a wok,add cooking oil,cabbage,capsicum,onion and mix well.
Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,black pepper crushed,salt,fresh coriander and mix well.
Add lemon juice and stir fry for 1 minute & set aside.
Cream & Cheese Sauce:
In a bowl,add cream,cheddar cheese,red chilli crushed,garlic powder,salt and microwave for 30 seconds then mix well & set aside.
Heat griddle,place paratha,brush oil and cook from both sides until done.
Assembling:
On paratha,drizzle tomato ketchup,stir fried vegetables,fried chicken nuggets and drizzle prepared cream & cheese sauce,warp in butter paper & serve!

Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur nuggets ko darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein (approx. 3-4 minutes).
Karhai mein cooking oil,bund gobhi aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lal mirch powder,garam masala powder,kali mirch crushed,namak aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Lemon juice dal ker ek minute kliya stir fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Cream & Cheese Sauce:
Bowl mein cream,cheddar cheese,lal mirch crushed,lehsan powder aur namak dal ker 30 seconds kliya microwave ker lein phir ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Tawa garam karein aur paratha rakh ker oil brush ker lein aur dono sides sa paka lein.
Assembling:
Paratha per tomato ketchup,stir fried vegetables,fried chicken nuggets aur tayyar cream & cheese sauce dal dein aur butter paper mein wrap ker ka serve karein!
