Ingredients:
For Paratha dough:
- Flour 1 cup
- White flour 1 cup
- Salt ½ tsp
- Oil ¼ cup
- Water (warm) for kneading
For Chicken marination:
- Yogurt 2-3 tbs
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
- Salt ½ tsp or to taste
- Red chili flakes 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Cumin seeds (roasted and crushed) 1 & ½ tsp
- Black pepper (crushed) 1 & ½ tsp
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Oil 2-3 tbs (for frying)
- Cream cheese as required
- Mozzarella cheese as required
- Cheddar cheese as required
- Ghee for frying
Directions:
For paratha dough:
In bowl,add flour,white flour,salt,oil and water and knead well until dough form.
Cover and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
For Chicken marination:
Cut chicken into small cubes.
In bowl,add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili flakes, cumin seeds (roasted and crushed), black pepper (crushed) and mix well.
Add chicken cubes and mix well.
In a frying pan, heat oil and add marinated chicken and cook until chicken color changes and all water dries up, set aside.
Roll out dough into round shape with the help of rolling pin.
Apply ghee and cut dough from center and roll out one edge and again make a dough.
Apply dry flour and again roll out dough with the help of rolling pin.
Roll out another dough into round shape and spread cream cheese, add stir fried chicken, sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese
and place another paratha dough on top and seal the edges with the help of fork.
In griddle, heat ghee and fry stuffed paratha from both sides with ghee.
Cut into desired shape and serve.

- Dahi 2-3 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste 1 tbs
- Namak ½ tsp or to taste
- Kuti lal mirch 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Zeera (roasted and crushed) 1 & ½ tsp
- Kali mirch (crushed) 1 & ½ tsp
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Oil 2-3 tbs (for frying)
- Cream cheese hasb e zaroorat
- Mozzarella cheese hasb e zaroorat
- Cheddar cheese hasb e zaroorat
- Mozzarella cheese hasb e zaroorat
- Ghee for frying

-Bowl mein maida,safeed ata,namak,oil aur pani dal ker ghond lein aur dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya rakh dein.
For Chicken marination:
Chicken ko chotay cubes mein cut ker lein.
Bowl mein dahi,adrak lehsan paste,namak,kuti lal mirch,zeera (roasted and crushed),kali mirch
(crushed) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Chicken cubes shamil ker k mix ker lein.
Frying pan mein oil dal ker garam karein aur marinated chicken dal ker chicken ka rang tabdeel hunay aur pani khusk hunay tak paka lein,side per rakh dein.
Dough ko rolling pin sa round shape mein bail lein.
Ghee laga ker,dough ko beech mein sa cut ker lein aur ek edge ko roll kertay jayein aur phir sa dough bana lein.
Atta laga ker dubara rolling pin sa dough ko round shape mein bail lein.
Ek aur dough ko round shape mein bail lein aur us k upper cream cheese laga ker stir fried chicken rakh dein,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker us k upper dusra paratha dough rakh ker us k edges ko fork ki madad sa seal ker lein.
Tawa per ghee garam karein aur paratha ko dono sides sa ghee dal ker fry ker lein.
Shape mein cut ker k serve karein.
