Ingredients:

Prepare Baisan Curry:

  • Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
  • Water 2 Cups or as required
  • Besan (Gram flour) ½ Cup
  • Coconut milk powder 50g
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 2 tbs
  • Water 2 litre
  • Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tbs
  • Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
  • Kary patta (Curry leaves) 12-15
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

Prepare Kofta Curry:

  • Cooking oil ½ Cup
  • Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
  • Sabut Kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 10-11
  • Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) ½ tbs
  • Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 2 medium
  • Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tbs
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
  • Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
  • Tandoori masala 1 tbs
  • Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
  • Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ¼ Cup
  • Mon salwa Chicken Kofta 18-20 pieces
  • Water ½ Cup or as required
  • Garam masala powder ½ tsp

Assembling:

  • Spaghetti (boiled as per pack’s instructions)
  • Pyaz (Onion) fried
  • Lehsan (Garlic) fried
  • Spicy chips
  • Chaat masala
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:

Prepare Baisan Curry:

In a bowl,add yogurt and whisk well.

Add water and whisk well.

Add gram flour,coconut milk powder,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,green chilli and whisk well until combined.

Gradually add water,whisk well & set aside.

In a pot,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,green chilli,curry leaves and fry for 1 minute.

Add gram flour mixture,mix well and bring it to boil & keep stirring in between.

Cover partially and cook on low flame until curry is thick (1 hour).

Add salt,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Kofta Curry:

In a wok,add cooking oil,green cardamom,black peppercorns,cinnamon stick,cumin seeds and mix well.

Add onion and sauté until translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Add tomatoes and mix well.

Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,tandoori masala,salt,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.

Add yogurt,mix well and cook until oil separates (approx. 4-5 minutes).

Add chicken kofta and mix well.

Add water and mix well.

Add garam masala powder and mix well,cover and cook on low flame until oil separates (18-20 minutes).

Assembling:

On a serving dish,add spaghetti,prepared gram flour curry,prepared kofta curry,fried onion,fried garlic, spicy chips,chaat masala,fresh coriander & serve!
