Ingredients:
Prepare Mince Filling:
-Cooking oil 3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 & ½ Cup
-Beef qeema (Mince) 350g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
Prepare Red Chutney:
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 1/3 Cup (27-28 cloves)
-Lal mirch (Button red chillies) 15-16
-Nimco chana ¼ Cup
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Water 2-3 tbs
-Samosa sheets as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Mince Filling:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add beef mince,ginger garlic paste & mix well until it changes color.
-Add cumin powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,coriander seeds,garam masala powder & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes than cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Add fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Red Chutney:
-In a grinder,add garlic,button red chillies,nimco chana,pink salt,chaat masala,lemon juice & grind well.
Assembling:
-In a small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & whisk well.Flour slurry is ready!
-Take samosa sheet & make pocket,add prepared mince filling,prepared red chutney,mince filling,roll into the shape of samosa & seal corners with flour slurry (makes 15).
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (150°C) & fry samosa on medium low flame until golden & crispy.
-Air fry at 180C for 10-12 minutes (flip in between).
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Beef qeema aur adrak lehsan paste dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Zeera powder,pink salt,kali mirch powder,sabut dhania aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Red Chutney:
-Grinder mein lehsan,sabut lal mirch,nimco sev,pink salt,chaat masala aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan grind ker lein.
Assembling:
-Chotay bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai.
-Samosa sheet la ker pocket bana lein aur tayyar mince filling,tayyar red chutney aur mince filling bhar dein aur samosa ki shape bana lein aur corners ko maida ki slurry sa seal ker lein (makes 15).
-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein (150°C) aur darmiyani halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Air fryer mein 180C per 10-12 minutes kliya air fry ker lein (flip in between).
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
