Ingredients:
-Puff pastry dough 250g
-Apples as required
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) whisked 1
-Till (Sesame seeds) black & white
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar)
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder)
Directions:
-On a clean working surface,dust dry flour,place puff pastry,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin in rectangular or square shape then cut the puff pastry into ½ inch strips & set aside.
-Cut thick slices of apple & remove the core with the help of round cookie cutter.
-Wrap each apple rings with puff pastry strips,poke the end of one strips in the hole,hold it with finger & wrap it around the apple ring & under (makes 4).
-Place them on a baking tray lined with butter paper & apply egg yolk with the help of brush.
-Sprinkle sesame seeds,caster suger & cinnamon powder.
-Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
-Take out from oven & let it cool completely & serve!
