  • Doodh (Milk) 3 Cups
  • Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup
  • Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
  • Anda (Egg) 1
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
  • Cocoa powder 3 tbs
  • Corn flour ¼ Cup
  • Whipping cream 1 Cup
  • Icing sugar ¼ Cup
  • Instant coffee 1 tbs
  • Pani (Water) 1 tbs
  • Coffee candy as needed


  • Brownie crumbled ad required
  • Chocolate custard
  • Coffee whipping cream
  • Coffee candy crushed


In wok,add milk,sugar,whisk well and bring it to boil.

In separate bowl,add milk,egg,vanilla essence,salt,cocoa powder,corn flour and whisk well.

Now add ¼ Cup of heated milk and whisk well continuously.

Gradually pour this cocoa powder mixture into hot milk,whisk continuously while cooking and cook on low flame until custard is thick (approx. 6-8 minutes) & let it cool down.

In bowl,add whipping cream and beat well.

Add icing sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

In instant coffee,add water and mix well.

Add dissolve coffee in whipping cream and beat until well combined,add in piping bag & refrigerate until use.

Crush coffee candy with the help of the kitchen hammer & set aside.


In serving glass,add crumbled brownie,coffee whipping cream,crushed coffee candy,prepared chocolate custard,coffee whipping cream and crushed coffee candy.

Refrigerate until chilled & serve!
