Ingredients:
- Ghee 1 tbs
- Chuwaray (Dry dates) soaked 1 hour ½ Cup
- Kaju (Cashew nuts) soaked 8-10
- Pista (Pistachio) soaked 8-10
- Badaam (Almonds) soaked & peeled 8-10
- Ghee 1 tbs
- Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed ½ Cup
- Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
- Cheeni (Sugar) ¼ Cup or to taste
- Hari elaichi (Cardamom seeds) Crushed ½ tsp
- Kewra water 1 tsp
Directions:
In pot,add milk,sugar and cardamom seeds,mix well and bring it to boil,cook until milk is ¼ reduced and keep stirring in between.
In frying pan,add ghee and let it melt,add dry dates and fry for 1 minute.
Add cashew nuts,pistachio and almonds,fry for 1-2 minutes and set aside.
In frying pan,add ghee and let it melt,add vermicelli and fry until golden brown (2-3 minutes) and set aside.
In milk,add fried vermicelli,mix well and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
Add fried nuts,mix and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Add kewra water and mix well.

Pot mein doodh,cheeni aur elaichi seeds dal ker mix karein,ubal anay dein aur doodh ¼ reduced hunay tak paka lein aur chamcha chalatay rahein.
Frying pan mein ghee dal ker melt karein,chuwaray ko dal ker 1 minute kliya fry ker lein.
Kaju,pista aur badam dal ker 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein ghee dal ker melt karein,sawaiyan dal ker golden brown fry ker lein (2-3 minutes) aur side per rakh dein.
Doodh mein fried sawaiyan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
Fried nuts dal ker mix karein aur 8-10 minutes kliya simmer per rakh dein.
Kewra water dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
