Ingredients:
Prepare Caramel Sauce:
- Cheeni (Sugar) 1 cup
- Pani (Water) 1/3 cup
- Olper’s cream ¾ cup
- Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
- Doodh (Milk) 2 if required
Prepare Milk:
- Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ cups
- Condensed milk ½ cup
- Olper’s cream 1 cup
- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
Prepare Bread:
- Bread 6-8 slices
- Oil for frying
Assembling:
- Prepared milk
- Bread
- Milk
- Caramel sauce
- Chopped nuts as required
Directions:
Caramel Sauce:
In saucepan,add sugar and water and bring it to boil and keep stirring.
When it comes to boil,lower the flame,let it simmer until its color changes to golden brown.
Take off from the heat,add Olper’s cream and whisk well until combined.
Now add butter,vanilla essence and salt,mix well.
Add milk if sauce is too thick and mix well.Caramel sauce is ready & let it cool.
Can be stored up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
For Milk:
In sauce pan,add milk,condensed milk and mix well.
Add cardamom powder and mix.
Turn off the flame,add Olper’s cream,whisk well and let it cool & set side.
For Bread:
Cut bread slices in desired shape.
In frying pan,add oil and fry bread slices until golden and set aside.
Assembling:
In serving dish,pour prepared milk,set fried bread slices and pour prepared milk again.
Add caramel sauce and garnish with nuts.
Caramel shahi tukray is ready to serve.

Jab ubal ajaye to halki ancch per paka lein yahan tak ka color golden brown hojaye.
Chulha bund ker lein,Olper’s cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Ab is mein makhan,vanilla essence aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Agar sauce garha ho tou doodh dal ker mix ker lein.Caramel sauce tayyar hai & thanda ker lein.
2 weeks tak refrigerator mein store ker saktay han.
For Milk:
Sauce pan mein doodh aur condensed milk dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Elaichi powder dal ker mix ker lein.
Chulha bund ker k Olper’s cream shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur thanda ker lein & side per rakh dein.
For Bread:
Bread slices ko desired shape mein cut ker lein.
Frying pan mein oil dal ker bread slice ko golden fry ker lein aur side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Serving dish mein prepared milk dal ker fried bread slices rakh dein aur dubara prepared milk dal dein.
Caramel sauce dal ker nuts sa garnish karein.
