-Instant jelly mix 80g (Mango flavor)
-Hot water ½ Cup
-Ice cubes as required
-Olper’s Cream chilled 600ml
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Icing sugar 1/3 Cup
-Yellow food color few drops (optional)
-Aam (Mangoes) 4-5 medium or as required
-Whole wheat biscuits as required
-Aam (Mango) slices
-Whole wheat biscuits crushed
-In a bowl,add mango jelly instant mix,hot water and whisk well until it is dissolved.
-Let it cool at room temperature.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
-Add vanilla essence,icing sugar and beat on medium speed until stiff peaks form.
-Reserve half quantity of whipped cream & transfer to a piping bag.
-In remaining whipped cream,add prepared mango jelly & beat until well combined.
-Add yellow food color,beat again & transfer to a piping bag.
-Peel mangoes and cut into thin slices & set aside.
-In a serving dish,add a layer of whole wheat biscuits then add prepared mango cream whipped.
-Spread a layer of mango slices then cover with a layer of olper’s cream whipped & layer
whole wheat biscuits on top then cover with a layer of mango cream whipped,mango slices,olper’s cream whipped,spread evenly & refrigerate until chilled.
-Decorate with mango slices,cherries & crushed whole wheat biscuits.
