In pot,add milk and cook until milk is reduced to half (20-30 minutes on low flame) and keep stirring in between.
When milk is thickened and reduced,add saffron,cardamom powder,condensed milk and mix well.
Add almonds,pistachios,khoya and mix well.
Let the mixture cool then refrigerate for 1 hour.
Put the mixture in jar and pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-6 hours.
Pista badam kulfi is ready to serve.
Pot mein doodh dal ker paka lein yahan tak ka doodh adha reh jaye (20-30 minute kliya halki ancch per) aur musalsal chamcha chalatay rahein.
Jab doodh garha aur kum ho jaye tou zafran,elaichi powder aur condensed milk dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Badam,pista aur khoya dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Mixture ko thanda ker lein phir 1 hour kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Mixture ko jar mein dal ker popsicle molds mein pour ker dein aur 4-6 hour kliya freeze ker lein.
Pista badam kulfi serve kerna kliya tayyar hai.
