Ingredients:
- Gelatin powder 1 tbs
- Water 3-4 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) 6 (room temperature)
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Olper's cream 200ml
- Milk chocolate melted 250g
- White chocolate melted 250g
- Dark chocolate
Directions:
In a bowl,add gelatin powder,water,mix well & let it soak for 4-5 minutes.
In a bowl,add eggs & separate egg yolks from egg whites in another bowl.
Beat egg whites with the help of beater until soft peaks form.
Gradually add caster sugar & beat until stiff peaks form.
Beat egg yolks in a separate bowl until it changes its color.
Add soaked gelatin & beat well.
Now add whisked egg yolk mixture in the whipped egg whites.
Add vanilla essence,cream,milk chocolate,white chocolate & mix until well combined.
In serving cups,add mousse mixture & refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
Garnish with dark chocolate & serve chilled!

Anday ki safedi ko beater ki madda sa soft peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka bareek cheeni dal dein aur stiff peaks form ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Anday ki zardi ko alag bowl mein rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Soaked gelatin dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
Ab whisked egg yolk mixture ko whipped egg whites mein dal dein.
Vanilla essence,cream,milk chocolate & white chocolate dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Serving cups mein mousse mixture dal ker 4-6 hours kliya refrigerate ker lein.
Dark chocolate sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein!
