Fudge Brownie

Ingredients:

-Anday (Eggs) 4 large

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 150g

-Brown sugar 50g

-Coffee powder ½ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch

-Vanilla essence ½ tsp

-Makhan (Butter) 180g

-Dark chocolate chopped 250g

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 160g

-Cocoa powder 20g

-Nutella as required

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar,brown sugar,coffee,pink salt,vanilla essence & beat on low speed for 4-5 minutes.

-In another bowl,add butter,dark chocolate,microwave for 2 minutes (mix after every 30 seconds) & mix well until smooth.

-In egg mixture,add melted chocolate & beat until well combined.

-On a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder & sift well then beat for 1 minute & mix well with a spatula.

-On baking tray (greased & lined with baking paper),pour batter,spread evenly & tap few times.

-Pipe out Nutella & make swirls with the help of skewer.

-Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes.

-Let it cool down for 1-2 hours.

-Cut into pieces & serve!
