Ingredients:
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup
- Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
- Vanilla essence/Extract ½ tsp
- Makhan (Butter) melted & room temperature 1 & ½ tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1/3 Cup
- Melted chocolate
- Multi sprinkles
- Ice cream of your choice
- Bunties
- Chocolate sauce
Directions:
Take a sheet and cut into triangle shape,fold and make a cone,wrap the cone in aluminum foil.
In bowl,add egg and caster sugar,mix well.
Add milk,vanilla essence/extract,butter and mix well.
Add all-purpose flour and mix well into a smooth batter.
Grease frying pan,pour batter and cook each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden (low flame).
Flip when bubbles rise on the surface (Approx. 2 minutes each side).
Remove from frying pan and roll into a cone shape while hot and let it cool & harden.
Now dip prepared cone into melted chocolate,multi sprinkles,add ice cream scoop and garnish with multi sprinkles,bunties and chocolate sauce.

Doodh vanilla essence/extract aur makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Maida shamil karein aur smooth batter hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Frying pan ko grease karein,batter dal dein aur ek side ko halki anccg per 2-3 minutes ya golden hunay tak paka lein.
Jab surface per bubbles ajayein tou palat lein (Approx. 2 minutes each side).
Frying pan sa hata lein aur garam he cone ki shape mein roll ker lein aur thanda aur sakh hunay kliya chor dien.
Ab tayyar cones ko melted chocolate,multi sprinkles mein dip karein,ice cream scoop rakh dein aur multi sprinkles,bunties aur chocolate sauce sa garnish karein.
