Ingredients:
Prepare Mango BBQ Glaze:
-Aam (Mango) cubes 1 Cup
-Tomato ketchup ½ Cup
-Brown sugar powdered1 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Sirka (Vinegar) 3 tbs
-Water 2 tbs if required
-Chicken drumsticks 750g
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Hari mirch paste (Green chilli paste) 1 tsp (Optional)
-Mustard paste 1 & ½ tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 & ½ tbs
Direction:
Prepare Mango BBQ Glaze:
-In a blending jar, add mango cubes, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper crushed, onion powder, pink salt, paprika powder, red chilli crushed, vinegar, & blend well.
-In a saucepan, add blended mango mixture, cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes
-Add 2-3 tbs of water to adjust the consistency.
-Cook on medium flame for 1 minute, turn off the flame. Mango BBQ glaze is ready! Set aside.
-Make gashes on chicken drumsticks & add to a bowl, add paprika powder, pink salt, white pepper powder, oregano, black pepper powder, ginger garlic powder, green chilli paste, mustard paste, lemon juice, mix well.
-Cover & marinate for 3-4 hours.
-In a pan, add butter and cooking oil, & heat it.
-Add marinated chicken drumsticks, cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, turn sides in between.
-Cover & steam cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes or until done.
-Reserve half the quantity of mango BBQ glaze for serving.
-Apply mango BBQ glaze on chicken drumsticks, char on medium flame ffrom all sides.
-Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander.
-Serve with boiled rice, prepared mango BBQ glaze, & mango salsa.

-Ek blending jar mein aam ke cubes, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, kali mirch kuti hui, onion powder, pink salt, paprika powder, kuti lal mirch aur sirka dalein.
-Achi tarah blend kar len.
-Ek saucepan mein blended mango mixture dalein.
-Medium flame par 5-6 minutes pakaen.
-Consistency adjust karne ke liye 2-3 tbs pani dalein.
-Medium flame par 1 minute pakaen.
-Flame band kar den.
-Mango BBQ glaze ready hai, side par rakh den.
-Chicken drumsticks par gashes laga kar bowl mein dalein.
-Paprika powder, pink salt, white pepper powder, oregano, kali mirch powder, ginger garlic powder, hari mirch paste, mustard paste aur lemon juice dalein.
-Achi tarah mix karen.
-Cover kar ke 3-4 ghante marinate kar den.
-Ek pan mein butter aur cooking oil dalein aur garam karen.
-Marinated chicken drumsticks dalein.
-Medium flame par 2-3 minutes pakaen aur beech beech mein sides badalte rahen.
-Cover kar ke low flame par 12-15 minutes ya chicken done hone tak steam cook karen.
-Mango BBQ glaze ka aadha hissa serving ke liye bacha len.
-Baqi glaze chicken drumsticks par achi tarah apply karen.
-Medium flame par har taraf se char kar len.
-Chopped hara dhania sprinkle karen.
