Homemade Strawberry Syrup

  • Strawberries hulled & sliced 2 Cups 
  • Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
  • Pani (Water) 1 & ½ Cups


In pot,add strawberries,sugar,water and bring it to boil.

Mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes then strain the liquid with the help of the strainer.

In pot,add strained liquid,mix continuously and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes or until syrup thickens.

Let it cool down.

Can be stored in air tight jar for up to 1 month in refrigerator.

Top your pancakes,cupcakes,milk shakes & ice creams with homemade strawberry syrup.
