Ingredients:

Prepare Chicken Tacos:

-Chicken qeema (Mince) 350g

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Cornflour 2 tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tsp

-Olive oil (extra virgin) 1 tsp

-Whole wheat tortilla as required (5 inches)

-Olive Oil 1 tsp

Prepare Salad:

-Greek yogurt 1 Cup

-Mustard paste 1 tsp

-Lehsan (Garlic) minced 1 tsp

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp

-Olive oil (Extra virgin) 2 tsp

-Parmesan cheese 2 tbs (optional)

-Lemon Juice ½ tsp

-Iceberg Chopped 2 Cups

-Kheera (Cucumber) diced ½ Cup

-Jalapenos chopped 2-3 tbs

-Bread croutons as required

 

Direction:

Prepare Chicken Tacos:

-In a bowl, add chicken mince, paprika powder, garlic powder, pink salt, black pepper crushed, cornflour, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil & mix well.

-Cover & let it marinate for 20 minutes.

-On a small size tortilla, spread marinated chicken mince nicely & set aside. (Makes: 4-5)

-In a greased pan add tortilla (upside down), cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, flip it then cook for 1-2 minutes or until light golden & crispy.

Prepare Salad:

-In a bowl, add greek yogurt, mustard paste, garlic, black pepper crushed, pink salt, Worcestershire sauce, extra virgin olive oil, parmesan cheese, mix well, dressing is ready. set aside.

-In a bowl, add ice-berg, cucumber, jalapenos, prepared salad dressing 2-3 tbs (reserve remaining for later use) mix well, add croutons, mix well, salad is ready.

Assembling:

-On a prepared tortilla, add salad, salad dressing, & fold it.
