Ingredients:
- Olive oil 3-4 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 3 cloves
- Tamatar (Tomato) chopped 1 medium
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Himalayan Pink Salt ½ tsp or to taste
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Fava Beans 450g canned or boiled (Substitute: any kind of beans)
- Water 1 Cup
- Lemon half
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) leaves handful
- Tamatar (Tomato) 1 medium
- Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium
- Extra virgin Olive oil
Directions:
In a wok add olive oil & heat it.
On medium flame add onion, garlic & sauté for a minute.
Add tomato, black pepper powder, pink salt, cumin powder, paprika powder & mix well.
Add fava beans & mix well.
Add water, mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the flame.
Coarsely mash the mixture with the help of masher.
Turn on the flame & mix well.
Squeeze half lemon, mix well & set aside.
Finely chop fresh coriander, a tomato & onion.
Garnish ful medames with chopped onion, chopped tomato, fresh coriander, extra virgin olive oil & serve with pita bread in breakfast.

Tarkeeb:
Wok mein olive oil daal kar garam karen.
Pyaz or lehsan daal kar 1 minute tak fry karen.
Ab tamatar, kali mirch powder, pink namak, zeera powder, paprika powder daal kar mix karen.
Fava beans daal kara chi tarah mix karen.
Pani daal kar mix karen or 2-3 minutes tak pakayen.
Ab flame band karden. Or masher se mota mota mash karlen.
Flame khol kar mix karen.
Adha lemon nichor kar mix karen or side pe rakh den.
Hara dhania, tamatar or pyaz ko bareek chop karlen.
Ful medames ko chopped pyaz, tamatar or hara dhania se garnish kar k extra virgin olive oil daal kar pita bread k sath serve karen.
