Fanty Trifle Cups

Ingredients:

Prepare Fanty Sauce:

-Candyland Fanty 30

-Water 1 Cup

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch

-Orange food color as required (Optional)

-Cornflour slurry (Dissolve 4 tsp cornflour in 3 tbs water)

Prepare Fanty Cream:

-Whipped cream 250g (with 3 tbs icing sugar)

Assembling:

-Cake Crumbs as required

-Multi sprinkles

 

 

Direction:

Prepare Fanty Sauce:

-In a pan, add fanty candies, water, pinch of salt, orange food color.

-Turn on the flame, cook on low flame until fanty toffee melts & incorporates. Stir in between.

-Add cornflour slurry, mix well until slightly thickens.

-Fanty sauce is ready!

-Let it cool completely & set aside.

Prepare Fanty Cream:

-Add half the quantity of prepared Fanty sauce in whipped cream (transfer remaining to piping bag) & fold well.
-Now transfer prepared Fanty cream to a piping bag.

Assembling:

-In a serving cup, add cake crumbs, press to set an even layer.

-Pipe out prepared fanty cream & make a layer of Fanty sauce. (Makes 6 cups)

-Serve Chill!
