Eid Special Custard Delight

Ingredients:

-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Sugar ¼ Cup or to taste

-Custard powder 6 tbs

-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup

-Ice cubes as required

-Olper’s Cream 200ml chilled

-Sugar powdered 2 tbs or to taste

-Apple sliced 1 Cup

-Banana sliced 1 Cup

-Fruit cocktail 1 Cup strained

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

-Badam (Almond) sliced

Assembling:

-Plain cake slices

-Red jelly cubes

-Green jelly cubes

-Cream whipped

-Red & green jelly cubes

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

-Badam (Almond) sliced

 

Directions:

-In a wok,add milk,vanilla essence,sugar,custard powder & whisk well.

-Turn on the flame,mix continuously & cook on medium flame until it thickens.

-Remove from flame & let it cool completely while whisking.

-Add cream,mix well & refrigerate for later use.

-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl on it.

-In a bowl,add cream & beat for 5-6 minutes.

-Add sugar & beat for 1-2 minutes.

-Add apples,bananas,fruit cocktail,pistachio,almonds,mix well & set aside.

Assembling:

-In a serving dish,add a cake layer,fruit cream,red jelly,green jelly & prepared custard.

-Decorate with whipped cream,red & green jelly,pistachio,almonds & serve chilled.
