Ingredients:

Prepare Beef Filling:

-Beef qeema (Mince) 300g

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 tbs

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp

-Kashmiri laal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 & ½ tsp

-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 2 tsp

-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium

-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 4-5

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated 100g

-Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated 100g

Prepare Paratha Dough:

-Fine atta (Fine flour) sifted 3 & ½ Cups

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Olper’s Tarka Desi Ghee 3 tbs

-Water 1 Cup or as required

-Olper’s Tarka Desi Ghee 1 tbs

-Olper’s Tarka Desi Ghee 1-2 tbs

 

Directions:

Prepare Beef Filling:

-In a bowl,add beef mince,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,turmeric powder,pink salt,lemon juice & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.

-In a wok,add cooking oil,marinated mince & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes & mix in between.

-Add cumin seeds,kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander seeds,mix well & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes.

-Add onion,green chillies,fresh coriander & mix well.

-Let it cool.

-Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Paratha Dough:

-In a bowl,add fine flour,pink salt,desi ghee & mix well until it crumbles.

-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.

-Grease with cooking oil,cover with cling film & let it rest for 15 minutes.

-Knead dough until smooth.

-Take a small dough (130g),make a ball & sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.

-Add & spread desi ghee & sprinkle dry flour than cut the rolled dough in half from the center.

-Roll out & twist each section of dough in cone shape then twist to make round dough balls.

-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.

-On one rolled dough,add & spread prepared beef filling & flip another rolled dough on it & seal the edges.

-On a griddle,add desi ghee & let it melt & fry paratha on medium flame from both sides until done (makes 5).
