Ingredients:
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ⅓ Cup
-Anday (Eggs) 4
-Condensed milk 397g (1 Tin)
-Doodh (Milk) ¾ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Cream cheese ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¾ Cup
-Cocoa powder 3 tbs
-Baking powder ¾ tsp
-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Cooking oil ⅓ Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Doodh (Milk) ⅓ Cup
-Hot water as required
Directions:
-In frying pan,add caster sugar,turn on the flame & cook on low flame until sugar caramelizes & turns brown (stir pan gently in between).
-Transfer it to a bundt pan,spread evenly & let it set for 10-15 minutes & set aside.
-In a blender jug,add eggs,condensed milk,milk,vanilla essence,cream cheese,blend well.Flan mixture is ready!
-Place sifter in a bowl,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,pink salt,sift together & mix well.
-Add eggs,cooking oil,vanilla essence,caster sugar,milk & whisk until well combined.Cake mixture is ready!
-Place bundt pan with caramel in a deep baking tray,pour flan mixture (strain with strainer) then pour cake batter & cover with aluminium foil.
-Add hot water in a baking tray place & bake in preheated oven at 170C for 1 hour.
-Let it cool for 2-3 hours & refrigerate overnight.
-Take out from refrigerator, flip over serving plate & serve!

Directions:
-Frying pan mein bareek cheeni dal kar low flame par cook karein jab tak sugar caramelize ho kar brown na hojaye (beech beech mein pan gently stir karein).
-Ab isse bundt pan mein daal kar evenly spread karein aur 10-15 minutes ke liye set hone dein, phir side par rakh dein.
-In blender jug, anday, condensed milk, doodh, vanilla essence aur cream cheese daal kar blend karein. Flan mixture tayyar hai!
-Ek bowl mein sifter lagayein, usmein maida, cocoa powder, baking powder aur pink salt daal kar sift karein aur mix karein.
-Phir anday, cooking oil, vanilla essence, caster sugar aur doodh daal kar whisk karein jab tak sab kuch achi tarah combine na hojaye. Cake mixture tayyar hai!
-Ab bundt pan jismein caramel hai use deep baking tray mein rakhein, phir flan mixture strain kar ke daal dein, aur uske upar cake batter daal kar aluminium foil se cover karein.
-Baking tray mein hot water daal kar preheated oven mein 170°C par 1 ghanta bake karein.
-Thanda hone dein 2-3 ghantay tak aur phir overnight refrigerator mein rakh dein.
-Next day fridge se nikal kar serving plate par flip karein aur serve karein!
