Ingredients:
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tbs
- Paprika powder ½ tbs
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Dried oregano ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) 5-6 medium
- Water ½ Cup
- Cream ½ Cup
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1/4 tsp or to taste
- Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Beef qeema (Mince) 350g
- Tomato paste 2 tbs
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Water 1 & ½ Cup or as required
- Spaghetti 1 packet
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
In a bowl,add red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder,cumin powder,paprika powder,garlic powder, dried oregano,red chilli crushed and mix well.Taco seasoning is ready!
In a wok,add tomatoes and water,bring it to boil,cover and boil for 3-4 minutes then remove skin & let it cool.
In a chopper,ad tomatoes,blend to make a puree & set aside.
In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice and whisk well.
Add salt and whisk well,let it rest for 30 minutes.Sour cream is ready!
In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & mix well.
Add garlic,mix well & sauté until translucent.
Add beef mince and mix well until it changes color.
Now add prepared taco seasoning & mix well.
Add tomato paste,prepared tomato puree & mix well.
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
Add water and mix well.
Add spaghetti,cover and cook for 2 minutes then mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,cover & simmer on low flame for 4-5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Garnish with fresh coriander,sour cream & serve!

Karhai mein tamatar aur pani dal dein aur ubal anay ka bad dhal dein aur 3-4 minutes kliya boil ker lein phir skin ko nikal lein & thanda ker lein.
Chopper mein tamatar dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein cream aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Namak dal ker whisk ker lein aur 30 minutes kliya chor dein.Sour cream tayyar hai!
Pot mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz translucent hunay tak saute ker lein.
Beef qeema dal ker tang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab tayyar taco seasoning dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tomato paste aur tayyar tamatar puree dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.

Spaghetti dal ker dhak dein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein phir ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya paka lein.
Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes ya cheese melt hunay tak paka lein.
