Cheese Burger Bombs in Air fryer

Ingredients:

Prepare Burger Patty Filling:

-Beef qeema (Mince) 400g

-Falak Pink Salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Falak Garlic powder 1 tsp

-Falak Black pepper fine ground 1 & ½ tsp

-Onion powder 1 tsp

-Falak Texas Burger ½ tbs

Prepare Dough:

-Lukewarm water 1 Cup

-Sugar 1 & ½ tsp

-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 & ½ tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups

-Falak Pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Cooking oil 2 tbs

-Cooking oil 1 tsp

-Pizza cheese grated

-Mustard paste

-Pickled jalapeno chopped

-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1

-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs

-Til (Sesame seeds) white & black

 

Directions:

Prepare Burger Patty Filling:

-In a bowl,add beef mince,pink salt,garlic powder,black pepper powder,onion powder,texas burger & mix well.

-Grease hands with oil,take small quantity of mixture (40g) & make meatballs of equal sizes.

-Grease air fryer basket with cooking oil & place prepared meatballs.

-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 10 minutes.

Prepare Dough:

-In a small jug,add lukewarm water,sugar,instant yeast & whisk well,cover & let it proof for 5 minutes.

-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,pink salt & mix well.

-Add cooking oil & mix well.

-Gradually add yeast mixture,mix well & knead until dough is formed.

-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).

-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough until smooth.

-Take a small dough (65g),make a ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin.

-In the center of dough,add pizza cheese,mustard paste,pickled jalapenos,prepared burger patty ball,apply water & gather all sides of the dough to make a ball,press & seal the edges.

-In a small bowl,add egg yolk,milk & whisk well.

-Place cheese bombs in an air fryer basket,apply egg & milk mixture with the help of brush & sprinkle sesame seeds (makes 11-12).

-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 15-18 minutes.

-Serve with tomato ketchup!
