Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Sugar 4 tbs or to taste
-Custard powder 4 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Cream chilled 200ml
-Condensed milk ½ Cup or to taste
-Bread slices as required
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Badam (Almond) sliced
-Dried rose petals
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add milk,sugar,custard powder,vanilla essence & mix well.
-Turn on flame,mix continuously & cook on low flame until it thickens.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add cream & beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
-Add condensed milk,beat again & set aside.
-Trim bread slices & cut into rectangular shape.
-Place bread slices in serving dish,add prepared custard,bread slices,prepared custard & prepared cream mixture.
-Refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled.
-Garnish with pistachio,amonds,dried rose petals & serve!

-Chulha on karein aur musalsal mix kertay hoye halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein cream dal dein aur 2-3 minutes kliya beat ker lein (medium speed).
-Condensed milk dal ker dubara beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bread slices ko trim ker lein aur rectangular shape mein cut ker lein.
-Bread slices ko serving dish mein rakh dein,tayyar custard,bread slices,tayyar custard & tayyar cream mixture dal dein.
-2 hours ya thanda ho janay tak refrigerate ker lein.
-Pista,badam aur dried rose petals sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
