Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Sauce:
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped & squeezed 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Himalyan pink salt 1 & ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Cream ¼ Cup
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tsp
Prepare Afghani Malai Seekh:
-Boneless chicken cubes 500g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ¼ tsp
-Breadcrumbs 2-3 tbs or as required
-Anda (Egg) whisked 1
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
-Blue band margarine 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped & squeezed 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs

-Blue band margarine melted 2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add onion,cashew nuts,green chillies,water & bring to ti boil,cover & cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-Transfer it to a grinder,grind well & set aside.
-In a sauce pan,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt.
-Add ground paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
-Add ginger garlic paste,pink salt,red crushed chilli,chicken powder,white pepper powder,cumin seeds, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well.
-Turn on the flame,add dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
Prepare Afghani Malai Seekh:
-In a chopper,add chicken,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,coriander powder,black pepper powder,cumin powder,cardamom powder,breadcrumbs,egg,garam masala powder,lemon juice,margarine & chop well.
-Add onion,green chillies,fresh coriander & pulse for 1-2 times.
-With the help of wet hand,take a mixture (100g) & make kababs on metal skewer (make 5-6).
-Put skewers on burning charcoal & grill from all sides until done while brushing with melted margarine.
-On kababs,drizzle prepared sauce & serve!

-Ek saucepan mein cooking oil aur margarine dal kar melt hone dein.
-Ground paste dal kar achi tarhan mix karein aur darmyani ancch per 2 minutes tak pakayein.
-Adrak lehsan paste,pink salt,crushed lal mirch,chicken powder,safed mirch powder aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes tak pakayein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal kar achi tarhan mix karein.
-Chulha on karein aur kasuri methi dal kar mix karein.
Prepare Afghani Malai Seekh:
-Chopper mein chicken,adrak lehsan paste,pink salt,dhania powder,kali mirch powder,zeera powder, elaichi powder,breadcrumbs,anda,garam masala powder,lemon juice aur margarine dal kar achi tarhan chop kar lein.
-Pyaz,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal kar sirf 1-2 dafa pulse karein aur mixture ko side par rakh dein.
-Geelay haath se 100g mixture lein aur metal skewer par kabab bana lein (makes 5-6).
-Skewers ko jaltay hoye koyla par rakh kar har side se grill karein aur saath saath margarine se brush kartay rahein jab tak kababs ache se pak jayein.
-Ek saucepan mein pyaz,kaju,hari mirchein aur pani dal kar ubal lein aur dhak kar 4-5 minutes tak pakayein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Grinder mein dal ker ache tarhan girnd ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Kabab ka upper tayyar sauce dal ker serve karein!
