Ingredients:

Prepare Qeema Filling:

-Dalda Cooking oil 1-2 tbs

-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 small

-Chicken qeema (Mince) 300g

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) finely chopped 2

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tsp

-Soy sauce ½ tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

-Mozzarella cheese (Grated) ½ Cup or as required

Prepare Potato Cakes:

-Aloo (Potatoes) Boiled 5-6 medium

-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ¼ Cup

-Cornflour 3 tbs

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste

-Iodized Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Onion powder 1 tsp

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful

-Dalda Cooking oil (For frying) as required

 

Direction:

Prepare Qeema Filling:

-In a pan, add cooking oil, heat it, add onion, mix well & sauté until translucent.

-Add chicken mince, mix well & cook on medium flame until it changes color.

-Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies, pink salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice, soy sauce, mix well.

-Cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes or until it dries up, add fresh coriander, mix well, let it cool completely.

-Add mozzarella cheese, mix well & set aside.

Prepare Potato Cakes:

-In a bowl, add boiled potatoes, mash well, add rice flour, cornflour, garlic powder, red chilli powder, pink salt, onion powder, fresh coriander & mix well.

-On a cutting board, place cling wrap, add 80g of potato mixture, flatten it with your hands, stuff 20g qeema mixture & make a patty (Makes 7-8).

In a pan, add cooking oil, heat it (160 C), add prepared patty, fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.

-Serve with ketchup!
