Ingredients:

-Pyaz (Onion) fried 30g

-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6

-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup

-Cooking oil ¼ Cup

-Pyaz (Onion) diced 1 medium

-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) diced 1 medium

-Beef qeema (Mince) hand chopped 500g

-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed 1 tbs

-Tomato puree 2 medium

-Himalayn pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp

-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs

-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs

-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp

-Garam masala powder ½ tsp

-Water ½ Cup or as required

-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) ½ tbs

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped

Directions:

-In a jug,add fried onion,yogurt,green chillies,cream,blend well & set aside.

-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,capsicum & sauté for a minute & set aside.

-In same cooking oil,add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.

-Add ginger garlic crushed,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

-Add tomato puree,pink salt,red chili crushed,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,mix well & cook on medium flame until oil separates.

-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.

-On low flame,add blended mixture,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on medium flame for 6-8 minutes.

-Add dried fenugreek leaves,black pepper crushed,lemon juice & mix well.

-Add sautéed onion,capsicum,fresh coriander & mix well.

-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!
