Sugar free Tiramisu (Using stevia)

Ingredients:
-Warm water 1 Cup
-Private Club Hazelnut Flavour Coffee 2-3 tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Stevia 1 & ½ tsp or to taste

-Ice cubes as required
-Cream chilled 150ml
-Mascarpone cheese chilled 150ml

-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

-Stevia 2 tsp
-Sugar free rusk as required
-Cocoa powder

-Coffee beans

Direction:

-In a bowl,add warm water,coffee,vanilla essence,stevia,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add ice cubes,place another bowl over ice cubes with chilled cream & beat until soft peaks form (4-5 minutes) & set aside.

-In a bowl,add mascarpone cheese,vanilla essence,stevia & beat for 2-3 minutes.
-In cream mixture,add mascarpone cheese,mix gently & transfer to a piping bag.

-In serving dish,pipe out a layer of cream cheese mixture,dip rusk one by one through the dissolved coffee to absorb the liquid then settle into a serving dish forming a bed & repeat the same process one more time & spread evenly.

-Refrigerate for 2 hours.
-Sprinkle cocoa powder,garnish with coffee beans & serve!
