Ingredients:
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) ½ bunch
-Soya (Dill) ½ bunch
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) 1-inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 5-6
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1 pinch
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 500g
-Ghee (Clarified butter) 1-2 tbs
Direction:
-In mortal & pestle,add fresh coriander,dill,garlic,ginger,green chillies,pink salt,crush well & set aside.
-n frying pan,add onion & fry until light golden.
-Add carom seeds,cumin seeds,prepared greens,red chilli crushed,turmeric powder,pink salt,lemon juice,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Turn off the flame,add potatoes & mash well.
-Turn on the flame,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Let it cool.
-Take a dough ball (100g) & roll out with rolling pin.
-Add prepared filling (2-3 tbs),fold & seal properly.
-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the rolling pin (makes 5-6).
-Heat griddle,place rolled dough & fry from both sides with clarified butter.
-Serve with bhagari dahi.

-Frying pan mein pyaz dal dein aur light golden ho ajanay tak fry ker lein.
-Ajwain,zeera,tayyar hara masala,lal mirch crushed,haldi powder,pink salt aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur aloo dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Chulha on ker ka ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Dough ball (100g) la ker rolling pin sa bail lein.
-Tayyar filling (2-3 tbs) dal ker fold karein & properly seal ker lein.
-Atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (makes 5-6).
-Tawa garam karein aur rolled dough ko dono sides sa ghee mein fry ker lein.
-Bhagari dahi ka saath serve karein!
