Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Gajar (Carrots) chopped ½ Cup
-Corn kernels boiled & roughly chopped ½ Cup
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 2 medium
-Chicken boiled & shredded 350g
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Nachos crushed as required substitute: Breadcrumbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup or as required
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2-3
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,carrots,corn kernels & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add potatoes & mash well.
-Add chicken,black pepper powder,garlic powder,paprika powder,pink salt,white pepper powder, chicken powder,dried oregano,fresh parsley,turn on the flame,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add cooking oil,all-purpose flour & mix well for a minute then mix well ingredients together.
-Add water,mix well & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese & mix well.
-On greased tray 9x13” lined with plastic sheet,add & spread prepared potato mixture & freeze for 15-20 minutes.
-In a zip lock bag,add nachos,crush well & take out in a bowl.
-Take out potato mixture tray from freezer & cut into triangle shape.
-Now coat with all-purpose flour then dip into whisked eggs & coat with nachos (makes 30-32).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame until golden & crispy.
-You can also air fry at 170C for 6-8 minutes.
-Serve with tomato ketchup!
Note: Don’t thaw before frying.

-Chulha bund ker dein aur aloo dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Chicken,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,paprika powder,pink salt,safed mirch powder,chicken powder,dried oregano aur fresh parsley dal dein,chulha on karein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cooking oil aur maida dal dein aur ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein phir tamam ingredients ko ek saath mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Greased tray 9x13” (lined with plastic sheet) per tayyar aloo mixture dal ker evenly pheela lein aur & 15-20 minutes kliya freeze ker lein.
-Zip lock bag mein nachos dal ker ache tarhan crush ker lein aur bowl mein nikal lein.
-Aloo mixture ki tray ko freezer sa nikal lein aur triangle shape mein cut ker lein.
-Ab maida mein coat karein phir pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur nachos sa coat ker lein (makes 30-32).
-Airtight container mein dal ker 2-3 weeks kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-170C per 6-8 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
Note: Frying kerna sa pehlay thaw nahi kerna hai.
