Ingredients:
Prepared Beef Mince:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 350g
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Water 2 tbs or as required
Prepare White Sauce:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Mixed herbs ½ tsp
Assembling:
-Hot sauce as required
-Sedani rigati pasta boiled as per pack’s instruction 250g
-Mozzarella cheese & Cheddar cheese ½ Cup or as required
-Fresh parsley chopped
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
-Dried oregano
Directions:
Prepared Beef Mince:
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,mix well & fry on medium flame until light golden.
-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add pink salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,dried oregano,paprika powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.
Prepare White Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook on medium flame for a minute.
-Add milk & mix well.
-Add black pepper powder,white pepper powder,red chilli crushed,pink salt,mixed herbs,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (4-5 minutes).
Assembling:
-In a baking dish,add white sauce,hot sauce,boiled pasta,mozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese,prepared beef,prepared white sauce,fresh parsley,mozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese,red chilli crushed & dried oregano.
-Bake at G-1 for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.

-Frying pan mein cooking oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal kar achi tarah mix karein aur medium flame par halka golden hone tak fry karein.
-Beef qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pink salt,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,dried oregano aur paprika powder dal kar 2-3 minutes kliya darmiyani ancch per paka lein.
-Pani dal kar mix karein aur dhak kar halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein & side par rakh dein.
Prepare White Sauce:
-Ek saucepan mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Maida dal kar mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Phir dheere dheere milk daal kar continuously mix karte rahein.
-Kali mirch powder,safed mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,pink salt aur mixed herbs dal kar mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
Assembling:
-Baking dish mein white sauce,hot sauce,boiled pasta,mozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese,tayyar beef ,white sauce,fresh parsley,mozzarella cheese & cheddar cheese,lal mirch crushed aur dried oregano dal dein.
-G 1 per minutes ya cheese melt ho janay tak bake ker lein.
