Ingredients:
-Aloo (Potatoes) peeled 500g
-Pyaz (Onion) 400g
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ½ cup
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste
-Baisan (Gram flour) 2 Cups
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 2 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Tandoori masala 1 tbs
-Baking soda ½ tsp
-Chicken powder ½ tbs
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 2 tsp
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Chaat masala
Directions:
-Cut potatoes & onion.
-In a bowl,add potatoes,onion,green chillies,fresh coriander,pink salt & mix well,cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.
-Add gram flour,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,turmeric powder,tandoori masala, baking soda,chicken powder,dried fenugreek leaves & mix well.
-Gradually add water & mix well to make a thick batter.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.
-Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with chutney.

-Aloo aur pyaz ko cut ker lein.
-Bowl mein aloo,pyaz,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Baisan,zeera,sabut dhania,lal mirch crushed,haldi powder,tandoori masala,baking soda,chicken powder aur kasuri methi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur mix ker ka thick batter bana lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Chaat masala dal ker chutney ka saath serve karein.
