Ingredients:
Prepare Jalapeno Cream Sauce:
- Cream 1 Cup
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
- Mayonnaise ¼ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped & squeezed 1 medium
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
- Jalapenos finely chopped 3-4 tbs
- Namak (Salt) to taste
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
- Monsalwa Chicken Seekh kabab 1 pack (360g)
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
- Water ¼ Cup
- Monsalwa Spring roll pastry as required
- Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed
- Anday (Eggs) 4
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Jalapeno Cream Sauce:
In a bowl,add cream,lemon juice and whisk well for a minute.Sour cream is ready!
Add mayonnaise,onion,garlic,jalapenos,salt,paprika powder,black pepper powder,fresh coriander & whisk well.
In frying pan,add cooking oil and fry chicken seekh kabab on medium flame for 2-3 minutes & turn occasionally.
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,gradullay add water and whisk to a thick slurry & set aside.
On a clean working surface,place spring roll pastry,add chicken seekh kabab & prepared jalapeno cream sauce & fold sides to make a roll & apply slurry to seal ends.
In a bowl,add vermicelli.
In another bowl,add eggs,salt,black pepper powder & whisk well.
Now dip rolls in whisked eggs and coat with vermicelli then again dip in whisked eggs & coat with vermicelli.
In a wok,heat cooking oil (150C) and fry rolls on medium flame until golden & crispy.

Bowl mein maida aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker ka thick slurry tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Clean working surface per spring roll pastry rakh dein,chicken seekh kabab aur tayyar jalapeno cream sauce dal ker tamam sides ko fold ker lein aur roll tayyar ker lein aur ends per slurry laga ker seal ker lein.
Bowl mein sawaiyan dal dein.
Alag bowl mein anday,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache whisk ker lein.
Ab rolls ko pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur sawaiyon mein coat ker lein phir dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur sawaiyon mein coat ker lein.
Karahi mein cooking oil garam (150C) karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden & crispy ho janay tak fry ker lein.
