Strawberry & Cream French Toast

Ingredients:

-Ice cubes

-Olper’s Dairy cream 200ml

-Icing sugar 1/3 Cup

-Cream cheese ½ Cup

-Vanilla essence ½ tsp

-Strawberries roughly chopped 1 Cup

-Anday (Eggs) 4

-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¼ Cup

-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup

-Olper’s Dairy cream ½ Cup

-Vanilla essence ½ tsp

-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp

-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) 1/8 tsp

-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs

-Brioche bread 1-inch-thick slices 5-6

-Strawberry

 

Directions:

-On a large bowl,add ice cubes and place another bowl over it.

-Add cream and beat well.

-Add icing sugar and beat until soft peaks form.

-Add cream cheese,vanilla essence and beat until well combined.

-Reserve half quantity for garnishing,transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use.

-In remaining cream mixture,add strawberries and fold gently & refrigerate until use.

-In a bowl,add eggs,caster sugar and whisk well.

-Add milk,cream,vanilla essence,cinnamon powder,nutmeg powder,whisk well & set aside.

-In a frying pan,add butter and let it melt.

-Dip each slice of brioche bread into egg mixture,making sure both sides are well coated.

-Place brioche bread slices on frying pan and fry on medium flame from both sides until golden brown.

-Add 2 tbs of strawberry cream mixture & flip slice on another slice.

-Garnish with reserved whipped cream,strawberry & serve!
