Prepare Rabri:
-Olper’s Milk 3 Cups
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp (optional)
-Cornflour 2 tbs or as required
-Sugar 4 tbs
Assembling:
-Gulab jamun as required
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Badam (Almonds) sliced
-Rose petal
Directions:
Prepare Rabri:
-In a jug,add milk,cream,cardamom powder,vanilla essence,cornflour,mix well & set aside.
-In a wok,add sugar & cook on very low flame until sugar caramelizes & turns brown.
-Add milk & cream mixture,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (6-8 minutes),mix continuously & set aside.
Assembling:
-On heated small cast iron pan,place gulab jamun,pour hot prepared rabri,sprinkle pistachios, almonds,garnish with rose petal & serve!
