Ingredients:
-Olper’s Milk 1 litre
-Cream ½ Cup
-Sugar ½ Cup or to taste
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Olper’s Milk 1/3 Cup
-Custard Powder 4 tbs
-Ice Cubes as required
-Apple Cubes 1 Cup
-Grapes halved 1 Cup
-Kiwi sliced 1 Cup
-Anar (Pomegranate) 1 Cup
-Banana sliced 1 Cup
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced 1 tbs
-Badam (Almonds) sliced 1 tbs
-Anar (Pomegranate)
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
Direction:
-In a wok add milk and cream. Whisk well.
-Add sugar, and vanilla essence, then turn on flame.
-Cook on low flame, stir in between, and bring it to boil.
-In a cup, add milk, and custard powder. Mix it well.
-Add custard mixture, to boiling milk. Stir it continuously for 1 minute or until it becomes thick.
-In a bowl full of ice cubes,place custard wok & let it cool completely while whisking for smooth texture & avoid lumps.
-Now, add apple, grapes, kiwi, pomegranate, banana, pistachios, and almonds, then mix it well.
-In a serving bowl add chilled special fruit custard, and garnish with pomegranate, and pistachios.

Directions:
-Ek wok mein doodh aur cream daal kar achi tarah whisk karain.
-Cheeni aur vanilla essence daalain, phir flame on karain.
-Halki aanch par pakain, beech beech mein chalain aur ubal anay dein.
-Ek cup mein doodh aur custard powder daal kar achi tarah mix karain.
-Custard ka mixture garam doodh mein daalain, lagataar chalain taake girth ho jaye (takreeban 1 minute tak).
-Ek bowl mein ice cubes daalain, phir wok ko uspe rakh kar thanda karain.
-Ab is mein apple, grapes, kiwi, pomegranate, banana, pista aur badam daal kar achi tarah mix karain.
-Chilled special fruit custard ko serving bowl mein daalain aur upar se anaar aur pista se garnish karain.
